About This Role
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will have to work towards making DevX and its subsidiary brands a prominent name in its niches. Irrespective of the channel, we envision to have top of mind recall for DevX w.r.t any requirement of workspaces. Post-pandemic world seems promising for modern workspaces and DevX plans to have a strategic global impact across North America, SEA, UAE, and UK. In DevX efforts to achieve this goal, you will be playing a vital role to strategise, align, execute, and assess growth across all content driven channels.
We as an organisation do not limit ourselves to the digital avenues. For us the focus is the prospect, and we utilize online, offline and all the upcoming new-age marketing channels to achieve our goals. With such a broad spectrum of channels, it becomes hazy w.r.t. to choosing the appropriate channel, thus you will be playing a crucial role here.
Be it inbound content or content driven performance campaigns or even an offline campaign with reputed publications, you will have to assess each channels’ efficiency and impact to drive results for the organisation. The perspective to leverage content would be applicable at any stage for our business, it could be at of the stages including prospect stage, lead journey stage, client loyalty stage, etc. Understanding the psyche of each target market and rearranging strategy to cater to it, will be another responsibility of yours.

- Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas
- Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends
- Creating specifications and content appropriate for the brand’s customer personas
- Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars
- Planning the editorial calendar and content proposition
- Procure all assets required from respective teams and agencies
- Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion
- Measuring and analyzing what’s working and what isn’t with regard to the brand’s content marketing efforts
- Regular Content Delivery Reporting with respective KPIs
- Tracking and calculating content ROI
- Creative writing should be a cakewalk for you
- Championing content marketing strategy across the company
- Setting guidelines for the tone, style, and voice of all brand content
- Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones and campaigns
